It inherits the cutting-edge SoloK?n, the one-piece, ultra-rigid cone that utilizes rear bracing for maximum strength as the volume climbs. The punishing 15-inch L5 even requires dual bracing to control its massive excursion capabilities. Digging deeper, the L5 contains a T-shaped top plate that widens the motor's magnetic field, significantly increasing upper bass response.
